I selected John as my Realtor since we live in the same neighborhood, and I saw his name often. He was friendly and helpful from the very beginning. He met with my family quickly to determine what we are looking for, which was very specific in a very challenging market. He set up listing alerts and took us to many showings, providing excellent advice from his many years of experience. Once we found the home we felt really met our needs, he was proactive in getting someone to do a high-level "inspection" of the home before we made an offer. Once the offer was made, he was instrumental in setting up all of the inspections and due diligence. John took excellent care of our family, and I am so grateful I happened to stumble upon him. John provided excellent advice and guidance when it came to listing our home. He set us up with a pre-listing inspection so we could make sure there would be no "surprises" during the due diligence period, advised us on how to set up the house, and provided staging. He even connected us to someone to deep-clean our house. We joke that he is like the perfect concierge. Thanks to his efforts, our house sold quickly and for considerably over asking price, and the buyers even commented how our house was in pristine condition (despite being 20 years old!) and the only house they viewed with no red flags.
